Problem statment
Centene currently has tools to plan and track progress at a product portfolio and project level, but lacks the necessary systems needed for DXE Leadership, Product Owners etc. to plan, communicate and manage a multi-year enterprise strategy. Many product owners work in excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to track the strategy efforts for a given product.
Objective
The goal was to design a scalable roadmap tool that
Provides multi-dimensional views for different stakeholders
Integrates with JIRA Align for execution tracking
Supports end-to-end visibility from strategy to delivery
Discovery & Research
To understand the problem space and stakeholder needs,
we conducted several discovery activities.
Stakeholder Workshops
Facilitated workshops with leadership, product owners, and delivery teams to:

Identify pain points and inefficiencies

This view provides a centralized and structured overview of all Experiences, Sub-experiences, Epics, and Capabilities. Designed for efficient roadmap management, it enables users to quickly review key information such as status, ownership, progress, and timelines at a glance, while allowing them to drill down into detailed insights for each roadmap entity.
